RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days as of the date you received your order. Please contact us by email or our sales representative in charge of your account to get the proper assistance. Our policy is to replace any product after our analysis confirms the defect to be of manufacturing.

You cannot view the prices on website, because its a B2B website and only clients can have access to the wholesale prices. You can ask for a quotation and will receive it after we approve your request.

Yes, the price in our website is the wholesale prices. The price is excluding VAT.
