What territories does the Orgie Company ship its products to?

For all of Europe and also for other countries. If your country is not listed on our site at checkout, please contact us for shipping conditions.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept PayPal and credit and debit cards through the Shopify Payments payment gateway.

How can I return a product if it is defective?

Please send us an email to geral@orgiecompany.com and we will give you all the instructions.

How do I receive a refund in the event of a defective return, out of stock or order cancellation?

The refund of the amount paid will be sent through the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.

Can I visit you at your facility?

No. Unfortunately, we do not have a store for customer service, our warehouse is dedicated only to logistics.
